Extremely Long lines, rapidly declining food quality & rising cost's. Women chatting to each other while huge lines are forming.Actually thanks for making me realize I shouldn’t waste money.Yesterday was my last visit.
Tried the new smokey honey bacon breakfast sandwich. It has potential! Except the one I got the English muffin wasn't toasted, the cheese wasn't melted and the sauce was cold. My sandwich was cold. Meh it was kinda gross.Numerous times I've lost my tims rewards points so I asked the staff how to redeem them. They were helpful and told me. Except the app has flaws. I ended up deactivating my account and throwing out my card while standing in line. Really not worth the hassle.

My order was incorrectly made, the woman's bathroom was dirty and unkempt. Both stalls available were either out of service or stuffed full of toilet paper. Bathroom was just gross. Service from woman who took the order was the only nice part about this place. She was nice, courteous and extremely pleasant. Everything else very disappointing.
