food quality is ok, line is almost always long and blocking the way, service is terrible and they always give the wrong size drink or wrong flavour entirely
Usually I have no problem with the people at the checkout. But the young one, he's the newest, he's between 5'7 and 5'8. He's probably between 20 and 25, maybe older. He needs to learn how to talk to people well when he's stressed. Working in a restaurant is stressful, but that doesn't justify getting angry with the customer. Whenever he gets a little stressed, he doesn't know what to do and starts speaking in an aggressive tone, as if the customer is dealing with him. Backward...read full review
