Had to pull into parking lot and wait for a bagel. First time at a Tim’s. Really most of them have it a minute. No one in lineup

Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I went to use the washroom and found there was no toilet paper. I informed one of the employees, but she told me she couldn’t do anything. I waited until she finished serving her customer and politely asked her again if she could let the service team know or replace the toilet paper. She refused again, even though there were no other customers waiting at that moment.

Does this place have air conditioning. Boiling inside and the employees are working under such conditions.
