Coffee is great, the staff are very personable and friendly! But as far as ambience, when sitting with friends enjoying our coffee, the incessant beeping and alarm bells are allowed to go on for WAY TOO LONG. Some folks f them so high pitched and volume it hurts the years. The staff seem oblivious.
I order from the drive thru almost daily, and there’s 1 lady who is constantly rude, rushing people through an order before I’ve finished. At the window, I can hear her being rude and talking down to other employees, some I believe to be new members, which I find is unacceptable in a teaching

Wow! Wow!!! I haven't seen a crew this happy in the morning especially Sunday..9 am, the secret here is the duty manager this morning was so cheerful and very helpful to the fellow staff that's make everyone happy...im so so happy to see if can give 7 start i will ...all the best good luck..
