Tim Hortons is a bustling spot with a cheerful and helpful duty manager, leading to a happy crew. The coffee is great, and the staff are friendly. However, the ambience can be disrupted by loud alarms and beeping, which can be uncomfortable. Some customers have experienced unfriendly staff and incorrect coffee orders at this location. The parking lot, unfortunately, seems to be run down and has pot holes, and the property maintenance looks neglected, needing some TLC. While some have faced slow service and poor coffee quality, others have praised the fantastic customer service and the care taken in food preparation, especially with offerings like the habanero bowl that cater to dietary restrictions.
