Worst Tim Hortons in Ottawa. They'll lie about not having food just because they're lazy and don't wanna make it. The number of times I've gone here just to get an iced Capp and a farmers wrap only for them to be "out of bacon" is ridiculous. Even after I say "oh no bacons fine then" they'll magically be out of eggs. I just order on the app if I go here so they can't cancel the order easily and have to make whatever I order on it. Don't go to this Tim's unless you absolutely have...read full review
I don't like to be negative but this location has disappointed me in several ways. They had no decaf coffee, no apple fritters, no cheese croissants and when I asked for a glass of water they gave me one but charged me 12 cents. Petty. Considering all the disappointments I thought they might give me a glass of water for nothing... Ok well
