The location gets very busy around lunchtime due to people coming in for meal breaks downtown. Despite that there was a group of homeless people crowded outside they were friendly and likely would’ve appreciated a washroom being available to them. This location has neither seating or a washroom though and the staff provided quick service that I’d describe as “…meh.”.
The staff is well-trained and very kind. It's a pity, they have to deal with some unsavory aspects of our society. The service is fast and the staff goes far and beyond to satisfy customers. I defo recommend this. Just hope they fix the chocolate machine.
