Staff changes too frequently. Wait times for sandwiches are often 30 mins plus. Very disorganized and laid out poorly. Ceased app service which is also inconvenient. Recommend management takes a good look at flow, coordination and delivery of service.
These folks work SO hard! They always remember me and my order. I wish people hadn’t complained about mobile wait times- that’s why they took away mobile order! :( just submit your order earlier and arrive later… this location is so popular. Adapt to it.
Guy working the counters was unresponsive and just slammed my order (iced coffee) on the counter without calling it (spilled some)
