“In the last few years, ownership of the Centrepointe Cafe and Deli has changed from the Italian twin brothers to an Asian couple, which explains Shake Shake Fresh Tea now co-located in the same space :)I had to order bubble tea with my deli wrap! Couldn't pass up the opportunity. (See my separate review for the wrap on the Centrepointe Cafe & Deli business page.)They only have small and regular sizes, 500ml and 700ml, respectively. I ordered a regular roasted oolong milk tea with lite sugar (30%, least next to none), less ice (50%, least next to none), tapioca (extra $0.50), grass jelly (extra $0.50), and cheese foam (extra $1.50). The cheese foam was pricier than I would normally pay, especially for a regular size, but I decided to splurge anyway. Wish I tasted it more, though. The tapioca was perfect, still a little firm with a bit of bite. The grass jelly had a bit of a strange aftertaste. Not sure how to describe it, but it didn't bother me enough to stop eating it haha. I thought the amount of tapioca and grass jelly they gave was pretty generous. Wish I could've chosen less ice to balance it out, since I always end up with more stuff and less tea, but overall, it hit the spot.The owners are super sweet, friendly, polite, and speedy. Service is great. They're also currently masking up, which is awesome, especially when preparing and serving food.Love being able to get a deli sandwich and bubble tea at the same time. Winning combo for me!“
“Tasty milk tea tons of flavors/kinds great experience. Super busy (I went on a weekend) but after ordering was maybe a minute or two before got my two drinks. Point is, it was fast delicious, little on the pricey side but I can't be the judge since I don't get Boba often but was overall a great experience .“

“This is such an underrated bubble tea spot. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Their sizes are generous, and their flavours are delicious. The staff was very friendly. The interior is very clean and minimalistic. They also have games you can play if you come with someone, or with a group.“
“The tea itself looks great, but the taste doesn't quite reach the same level. Overall, the tea looks like a 5 and tastes about 3.5. Service is friendly and helpful. The location is quite small, so don't expect seating, at most about 8 if empty. Sip tea offers a 1 liter option in "bucket" size, which is the largest size I have seen in the NCR.“
“A very different Boba experience. Better taste, unique cheese foam which is tastier than it sounds. Very nice. And tell me how they serve you faster than the other Boba places? Idk but this my go to. That being said, the employees dont ask you how much ice you want and im pissed spending $11 for ice. For that, 3 stars. Idc.“
“I’m trying to find the best bun bo hue in the city. The sliced beef and the pork hock were good and clean. The beef shank was cut too thick so it’s a bit hard to chew. The broth was clearly good bone broth that gelatinized when cold. But I was disappointed by the flavour, it’s lacking some spices. The price is higher than most Vietnamese restaurants. It is reasonable as the portion size is a bit bigger. Service was fast. But there are better Bun Bo Hues in the city.“
