We placed an online order for today (Good Friday). The hours listed online for this location indicated they'd be open until 8 pm. The order went through, and were instructed to come and pick it up in 20 minutes. Husband shows up, walks through the open door, and then is told that they're closed. Tells them he is picking up an online order, and is told to come back and pick it up tomorrow. They were incredibly rude, and care nothing about customer service. It is the best bakery in Ottawa for fresh bread and baked good in general. It is the only bread we buy now. Great staff too and very courteous. Best thing to come to Barrhaven! Thank you!
