“We ordered from skip and my meal was missing, so I called and spoke with I think the manager? Not sure who it was but she said they can’t order skip back and said I could come pick it up . I didn’t want to pick it up as I had guest over, so she said hang on and asked for my address and said they would deliver it.We opened the door and she was apologizing like crazy I wish I had her name but just want to say thank you and great service!, mistakes happen it’s how you deal with it. “We had a great experience at Fat Bastard Burrito! We ordered the chicken empanada, beef empanada, and the ground beef burrito, and everything was delicious. The empanadas were crispy and flavorful, and the burrito was fresh, filling, and packed with great taste.

The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative. They took the time to answer our questions and made us feel well taken care of. Great food and excellent customer service... we'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!“

“i come here every day for lunch as i work in the same plaza. great food at a decent price point considering other burrito/bowl places nearby. crispy chicken is always hot and crisp with the perfect amount of thai chili, chipotle sauce etc. one area i think the store could benefit from is by adding a mexican dessert section to pair with my burrito for dinner/lunch (churros, cinnamon cookies etc.). all in all a great place to get a burrito in ottawa!“
