He had the burritos and I had the quesabirrias (marinated shredded beef quesadillas). I am gluten-free and to find so much I could chose from.on a menu was great. Both plates were delicious. The decorations in bright colors were delightful. We're definitely going back to try the tacos.“

“Always a nice place to eat if I’ve forgot to pack a lunch or after school. Staff are supper friendly and the restaurant looks nice with posters up on the walls. After trying a few burrito chains in Ottawa, this is my favourite! They are usually quite generous with the ingredients and are usually quick to make your food. My brother likes their vegetarian options as well.“

Only issue is that if you come here any time past 8pm, staff will lock you out and say it's drive through only even if there are clearly people inside. If you fight them in this, they will let you in begrudgingly. Google and the app state that dining is open until 11pm unless that's outdated.“

“Bistro Mexicana 129 is a fantastic spot for authentic Mexican food. The dishes and drinks were delicious and truly reminded us of the flavors of Mexico. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared.

The large patio is a real highlight, especially for families. There's plenty of space, and kids have room to play while everyone enjoys the meal. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a great place to spend time with family or friends.

“Great service - the staff were super nice and really fast. The quality of food was awesome too, and they didn't hold back on the meat like other places do. The seating areas are very comfortable and the washrooms very clean. Salsas are fresh and with spicy options, though not the hottest options around if that's your thing. This will be my new go-to chain for burritos and the like :) Highly recommended.“
