The best customer service. Every time we visit kanata location, Simran gives us the most welcoming smiles, and prepare our orders exactly as want them (or better) and make us feel so welcomed, and everything taste better if you are happy. She has set the customer service bar very high; if we visit other places, they are never close to her efficiency. You are so lucky to have her.
Our go-to for fast and delicious. Feel way less guilty that with other fast food choices. Mucho has been a godsend during the pandemic with low contact service. Five stars.
We eat here all the time, food is fresh, consistent and portions are very good.
on our last visit we ordered the 2 can dine (Tuesday) special, and they said sure, but at checkout we were told it didn't apply to in person orders. while very disappointing, still not too upsetting since I still see this place as good value for my money. It doesn't make sense that I can't get this in person though.

Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill is a popular spot, even at late hours. The staff is friendly, helpful, and polite, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The menu offers delicious options, such as the burrito bowl and salad bowl, which are prepared to perfection by the evening staff. The food prep and cleanliness have improved very significantly. The restaurant offers an excellent vegan option with plant-based protein and cheese, well priced for fast food. The guac was free on the veggie burrito. The restaurant has a very clean and quiet atmosphere with authentic Mexican soda like Jarritos.
