Their zaatar and veggie flatbreads are suitable for vegans as well so there are options for everyone. Really though, the best part of going here is the family that owns the restaurant. They are amazing people and so kind and generous. A delight to talk to. I have also never had food from here I didn’t love. We have lived on Arch st. since 2009 and are going to move in the spring this restaurant has been our go to as long as we've been here the food is always amazingly fresh the portions crazy big when ordering the family meals we always had enough left overs to enjoy the next day. I will very much miss being down the street. I'm sure even though I won't be as close I will sneak back from time to time. “My wife and I have been coming to this place for years. They offer a traditional Shawarma menu with awesome flavors. As others have stated, the garlic sauce is amazing. And whether you're ordering a sandwich and garlic potatoes or a platter, the portion sizes are really generous. I love being able to buy a dinner platter from here and have plenty of food for lunch the next day as well! Not once have we been served dry, over roasted meat that was on the spit too long, always juicy and succulent. I highly recommend the chicken as they use a nice spice blend to marinate it.The staff are great. They've gotten to know us over the years, they recognize us right away and ask how our day has been, and sometimes we get little extras. “His donair was very good. If you crave the sweet sauce that Kojax used to have then you'll love his version. Nice guy. Tasty grub. Always seating available in the world's boringest mall Okay...I've been stuck at the hotel across from the mall where the grand pita is and I've eaten there at least 5 times.... always the same donair and toppings of my choosing with his excellent sweet sauce ....the other food looks great too...but that donair man! Edit. My last day in town went to have a donair and fries...no fries but if you get there at 11am he just finishes making the deep fried chunks of potato for garlic potatoes...11 am .be there“
