“Amazing restaurant with really great, fresh and tasty food. The decor was wonderful and Ahmed went out of his way to make sure my friends and I were given great service. They ran out of what we wanted and he ended up making it fresh and even accommodated requests at the last second and continuously checked in on us as the night went on. I had been wanting to go here since last year and I’m so happy it didn’t disappoint! 10/10“
“Cyranos is about service and ambiance. We have had some of the best restaurant service ever at Cyranos, though kitchen is sometimes slow. On our last visit, a meal took 1hr to arrive but we were comp'd a glass of wine, which suited us fine.The food is good, but not outstanding. IMO, flavors and preparation are excellent but food is under-spiced/salted - the crowd is a bit older, so the chef may be catering correctly to it ?.Overall, Cyranos is a great place to grab a classy date-night dinner in the west end of Ottawa.Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate Gluten Free for pasta but not much else.“

There is a deli with Halendas products, a full commercial kitchen, skincare products, grains and flours, snacks, desserts and more.While we were there, they were cooking some delicious looking roast pig which smelled incredible!The cheese burek was very good, but quite expensive for its size.Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the shop.“

“First off, it's amazing food! They were so attentive, friendly, and efficient with getting the food made. The man, who I assume is the owner, was so personable and made sure our order was just right. Though it was busy, it made us feel like we had a personal experience.Everything was clean, and there were lots of seating options compared to the Elgin location.My husband had the grain bowl, and I got a large pita with a small order of roasted potatoes for us to share, and we were stuffed!“
“Just received an absolute mountain of food, didn’t skimp on anything and used real hummus and toum. Both chicken and beef were tender, moist and flavourful. I rate them 10/10 since despite increasing costs they still deliver the same shawarma platters I was used to getting elsewhere before covid.“

“Had the gyro combo. The food was flavorful but lacked in garlickyness. Im used to strong garlic toum. The gyro sauce was excellent. The place is clean and has a diner feel. The service was friendly. Definitely going back when visiting ottawa. Also great prices !Parking: Lots of parking.“
“Made my boss take me here for lunch based off the reviews. I had the omelet with steak and cheese since I missed breakfast then got the lebneh to go. Very good quality food and affordable. The steak was cooked perfectly, well everything was cooked perfectly to be honest. Would definitely come back whenever in the area.“
