The only problem I had with this establishment is that they do not provide straws for their drinks. Yesterday was the second time I heard the excuse we dont have any left , it's coming tomorrow! Also get.salt and vinegar in packets instead of getting it in little containers from the kitchen.
Awesome awesome! Had a big catering order to place and they went above and beyond. Had a call with the owner to confirm everything and prices and the staff came out to the car to help carry it all. Food was great and everyone was happy. Can't recommend enough -- never underestimate friendly service!

Was ordering a huge group order from the Osmow in Bayshore shopping center to feed around 90+ people. The store manager was very helpful and patient when taking the orders. Also when I went for pick up, they did a great job on packaging work and also gave us many the squeezable sauce bottoms, that was unexpected amazing custom service! The group loved the food as well! Definitely will go back again!
