“Hi ! I have been a customer for two years at this restaurant. The food has always been great and the customer service is fantastic. The staff are very courteous and welcoming. However it seems like some people want to tarnish the restaurant's reputation with these false inaccurate reviews. If you are brave enough go to the store and speak to the manager directly instead of hiding behind a screen liars.“

“Ever since I've discovered this gem several years ago, it's been my go to place for Chinese take-out. We deliberately travel over 30 mins for the food. They are generous with the portion sizes and the taste is authentic and consistent.“

“Quality of food has gone downhill. General Tao chicken was sour and house fried rice was basically chicken fried rice with 2 shrimp thrown in. Very disappointed.“

“We ordered Thyme & Again catering for the lunch at our 45 person wedding. They were super responsive via email as I was ordering from abroad and helpful with the amount I would need/dietary requirements including gluten free/dairy free/vegetarian. Pick up was easy. The food was packaged beautifully. Everyone loved the food, we had a mix of all their platters, but special shout out to the salmon, the falafel and the cashew cheese. Thank you so much!! Would highly recommend.“

“My favourite lunch spot! This small take-out stand offers a small but varied selection of classic northern Chinese dishes; my favourites are the zhajiang noodle and the dumplings. The prices are a really great deal (and tax is included in the price!), especially for the noodle dishes which are quite filling. And the family who runs this place are super sweet and friendly. I cannot recommend this spot highly enough if you're at uOttawa and are looking for a quick, affordable, tasty, and satisfying meal!“
