“This is the best Popeyes in Ottawa! The staff are all very efficient and friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and the food has never been old or dry. Most of the time I come, they are dropping fresh chicken and fries. Plus, even when the line has been out the door, I am always ordering within minutes. The manager here is so sweet and keeps things running smoothly. It's rare to find a fast food restaurant that has quality as consistent as the great service and food here!
Kid-friendliness: The staff here are incredibly kind to kids and always have a smile for them. Their kids menu is great for picky kids too!
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors have buttons to open them and the sidewalk has a ramp right next to the door, and they don't crowd the entryway with signs or tables so it is easy to get wheelchairs or other mobility aids inside.“

“My husband, almost 10-month old just had the most delicious and healthy lunch here today. it was very healthy, very delicious and didn't break the bank. the customer service was exceptional. the owner was right there welcoming us it and explained everything to us! such a good experience! so happy to see healthy alternatives pop-up :)“
“Love this location, the staff is sooooo friendly & nice!! The children's chicken pop-ins & fries are awesome!!!! Finding a parking spot is definitely worth the trip inside! Lol
