“It was sunny the day we were there and we noticed that people had the sun in their eyes. When it was in our eyes, we asked to close the blind and we learned that the blind was removed many weeks before to be repaired. The waiters asked repeatedly during those weeks to have a blind installed because customers complained, but nothing was done. If you want customers to return to that restaurant, you need to provide a comfortable experience.“

“Amazing food at Benny's the rotisserie the chickens are to die for they are so good and so juicy and so big I enjoy it immensely I highly recommend staff is friendly the atmosphere is A1 everything is immaculate clean I can't say more yes I can but I don't have two three pages to explain how I feel the food is Amazing“

“I noticed today that the fries is half the portion and the chicken isn't properly cooked especially the leg part. Under cooked chicken was a issue at this particular restaurant but it was fixed so please try to not start that again. Now it doesn't make sense to raise the price and cut the portion of fries in half. I understand everything is getting more expensive,but cutting the portion of fries in half is a rip. Am hoping it's just I one time thing. Oh and please dont say all the chicken is cooked for a certain portion of time because I know for a fact it's not true,I use to work in the kitchen of a more popular similar restaurant with that same style of rotisserie chicken and when it's busy I noticed the chickens are not properly. Now there is a difference of cooking chicken that's safe to eat and a difference between properly cooked. So while your chicken might be safe to eat to which I have no doubt, the skin of the chicken should not be white,it should be brown. The taste is always good at that restaurant so all you have to do is not cut the portion of fries in half and make sure the chicken is properly cooked. Thanks. “I had an amazing experience at Popeyes! The food was absolutely delicious – the crispy chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy on the inside, and crunchy on the outside. The biscuits were warm and buttery, and the sides, especially the Cajun fries and mashed potatoes with gravy, were so flavorful. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was correct and served promptly. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. “Love the chicken but a few employees at the Hunt club rd Ottawa On location need to learn how to count ... been there 3 times since reopening (after the pandemic and even before it) They seem to short change me on my 5 piece tender combos the last 2 times visiting that store... i got 3 small pieces and hardly any fries and always missing the blackened ranch dip sauces thats in my meal and my husband's meal, he ordered the same 5 piece combo tenders with fries with the blackened ranch dips and he received 2 large pieces of tenders and half a box of fries and missing his biscuits. well the hunt club rd was to far to go back to complain (we bought our meal on the drive home from shopping yesterday and waited to eat at home). Plus with the strict serving restricitions in place for restaurants to be able to serve public... 4 customers to be in store at a time well there was more than 4 and it seems to be more of a social club /party (8 young people ... teens maybe early 20's there and no masks on even though it states no masks no entry on a notes thru out the location). Anyhow the HUNT CLUB RD LOCATION ...I would not recommend due to the lack of service and health and safety violations i saw yesterday!“

Extremely good food and sauces. A bit on the pricier side but the app and points truly help offset that. You gather lots of points very quickly.

Location has good aesthetic and seating. Clean and able to have conversations and it’s not too loud even if full of people.“

“One of my top picks for take out. Fresh and quick. Chicken is always tender and great portions. Gravy is delicious. I assume with the warmth of the food it's made to order. Looking for good, affordable chicken this is the place. Located in House of Pizza.“

“I usually pick-up or order through Uber eats from this location and I have been mostly having my dinner here. Their grilled chicken is the best and cooked to perfection, which is always tasty and hot.

The reason for my mixed review is because of their customer service. I ordered a late night meal, as usual, and reached there pretty late. Even after waiting for 10~15mins no one bothered to check on my order and I was standing there like a fig tree!

The guy who was there, probably an arab guy, was video calling his girlfriend holding his mobile and touching all the foods for the pending orders at the same time. Saw him going inside the kitchen and taking off his shirt to show his topless body over the video call.

They are a perfect example of how some restaurants let customer service fall by the wayside when business is booming — driven by their brazen confidence that a few unhappy customers won’t make a difference.

PS: Order online, don't go to the restaurant.
