Based on the reviews, Rôtisserie St-Hubert offers an excellent location for a nice dinner with a very pleasant atmosphere. The food is described as decent, good, tasty, and yummy. However, the experience is inconsistent. Some customers received good service, while others found the host to be rude and unwelcoming, with a lack of real hospitality. One visit had a comfortable experience ruined by a missing blind that caused sun in customers' eyes. At the drive-thru, a customer did not receive the ordered Poutine side dish and got a small quantity of overcooked fries. Another visitor was not welcomed after 10 minutes and chose to take away, getting a hot meal quickly. The restaurant has a popcorn machine for customers, but it was empty.
