Every time I order from St-Hubert in Buckingham, there is always an error in my order. No matter the mistake, they always want to give you a credit for the next order. Even on an order of $60 or more, even if you have to pay for the extras. For a few years, they have had a lot of problems with the kitchen, management or the person who packs the orders. Also the service is very slow. I do not recommend this St-Hubert on the food side, speed of ordering, ordering correctly with what you paid.

Very very long service. Only one waitress today in the bar section....2 hours for dinner. I won't go back there that's for sure.
Its Saturday night and I'm hungry for St-hubert....I went through the drive thru and I must say that I was very happy with my meal. I had the 6 piece chicken meal with fries and everything was great. The fries were hot, the chicken was crunchy, the cole slaw was good and I had enough bbq sauce to dip my chicken pieces. It looked like a young crew working the cash and kitchen and they seemed to have a good atmosphere. With all the negatives that is being written in the restaurant industry, this was definitely a 5 stars experience. Like they say in some fast food restaurants, C'est beau la gang, on lache pas!!!!!!

2nd time that I have been served by Anne C. (According to the invoice which was provided to me with her only smile of the evening) and this is the 2nd time that I have been disappointed with her service. 6 tables in charge... don't look at my 3 and 5 year old children who are trying to give their order... barely listen to them... in short... we all have bad days, but we can still do it make a little effort to offer your customers who come to spend a small fortune a great experience!For the food... nothing to say! Always so good! And I will come back, but I will definitely ask to be served by someone else next time!
