Misleading information of pricing online and in store. Manager states that in store is different than online because of point system. Asked to cancel order online to purchase the family meal in store but again manager said nothing he could do about it. Call their customer service and their response is “thank you for your feedback”This is very misleading of pricing and horrible in store service. POPEYE is price gauging online.
I had an amazing experience at Popeyes! The food was absolutely delicious – the crispy chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy on the inside, and crunchy on the outside. The biscuits were warm and buttery, and the sides, especially the Cajun fries and mashed potatoes with gravy, were so flavorful.
The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was correct and served promptly. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere.

We drove from Montreal to try out the chicken and we were NOT disappointed. Excellent, juicy crispy chicken and mouthwatering cajun gravy and mashed potatoes. We took our chicken home and it tasted better reheated at home than most places taste fresh in the restaurant. We shared a sandwich in the car and after the first bite I said "OMG I totally understand why people line up for so long when these places open up a new location". BEST. CHICKEN. SANDWICH. EVER!
