Is it me or even as a black man where the majority of staff are not Caucasian, you can still feel racism, rudeness and a genuine get the f out of my store but please come again atmosphere. The service is slow and it is like what do you want, you are bothering me approach. Have travelled throughout the US and Europe where this chain exist but it is like a parallel universe. In Ottawa Popeye’s, food had an aftertaste, service is lacking and Ontario Health should go inspect. A one star is very generous and the owner of the franchise should step in before this store becomes another statistic of restaurant chains that have failed in Ottawa like East Side Mario’s.

The food is consistently pretty good but the prices are starting to put-pace the quality.Service at this location had been good each time I've visited.On this occasion, the manager was very loudly berating one of his employees, stating multiple times that she cost him $65. While this may be the case, it was extremely unprofessional. I politely suggested to the manager that this was not a good look for Popeyes and that perhaps an apology to his employee was warranted as I would have been mortified if I was in her position.
For a fast food chain this place is high standards. ? you will always walk into a full crew bustling or doing something. The place is quite clean for how fast and busy they are all the time. The food is always fresh with a reasonable wait time. Thank you for making this location what it is! Great!

This has got to be one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever set foot in. Fly catchers that have been hanging for years no doubt, dirty floors, walls, windows, surfaces, soda machine and overall cleanliness. Staff members saying inappropriate things to customers, especially the young man with acne that works the front/cash register. Staff members throwing garbage at each other. If only the customers using online ordering apps would know how dirty this place was they would never order here again. Truly disgusting.
