Loved it… food is good staff is friendly… overall a great experience…
We think we went on an off day (Sunday) . I ordered the Tragically maple and I was disappointed. The bacon was very over cooked that it would break off. They use what seems to be hickory sticks. It doesn't taste like bacon sticks at all. Plus they didn't use arugula and used lettuce instead. My daughter had the same burger she had 4 nights before and hers was also different. Again no arugula. Disappointed 😔

The Works Craft Burgers & Beer offers an amazing dining experience with delicious food, great service, and a chill atmosphere. The menu boasts a wide range of burger options, including vegetarian choices like the excellent vegan burger and mushroom burger, and has evolved over the years to cater to diverse tastes. Their burgers are amongst the best, with fresh ingredients and great portions, and the Chicken Club is excellent with lots of protein. While cleanliness can be improved and some dishes like the wagyu beef or poutine may disappoint, the sweet potato fries are good and the staff is always friendly. The restaurant is a staple in Ottawa, perfect for families with kids, though the vibe can sometimes get rowdy. Some find the prices high, but many agree the food is worth the extra effort.
