Very delicious, I smoke so I eat big for my size, I could barely finish my 3 ring burger and poutine was massive. Beef patty was amazing . Highly recommend

It's a staple of Ottawa. Service has been great for lunch. It wasn't too busy either. Burgers are always great, lits of choices side and vegetarian options. Menu has really evolved over the years to please most visitors. My table could have been washed better. It was sticky a little. This is the drop in star rating. I miss the steamrolls that were on the older menu.

This was one of the best burgers I have had anywhere, and I have them all over in my over 40 years of building up my substantial weight.Kid-friendliness: We were 3 families with a total of 7 kids average age 9yr. All the kids sat together and we sat separately. The service was great to the kids and very patient and kind. ?

Incredible service and a great ambiance! Only input is that we had specifically requested our burgers to be juicy (Medium-rare) and all 3 came medium-well done, so overcooked for our liking. It's far from a big deal and the taste was still good. The service was so warm and friendly that we didn't have the heart to say anything (i.e. complain). Overall great experience and would recommend!
Terrible experience. Loved the works up until today. Ordered tower of rings no side plates or napkins were provided. When we asked we received napkins only. I ordered the kamikaze burger but received a child's burger and my daughter who ordered a child's burger got a adult. I complained and they did make me a adult hamburger which I took home as at this point had been over an hour. When I opened the burger after it was not accurate, and overcooked. 25 dollar burger waste of money McDonald's would have been better.

As a group we are in Ottawa from BC for a week for a national curling championship. A friend from home recommended we check this place out. We are glad we did. Right from phoning in a last min reservation for 15 we were treated great. Tim and his staff are top notch! Rave reviews from our whole group. From the burgers, shakes and fries everything was fresh and served quickly. The kids loved that the water glasses were measuring cups ?. We may stop by again before we go home. Definitely worth checking out.
