Hi Team Harvey's. I like your in store promotion. Firstly I would like to thanks you guys for the great food. I visited Sunday with my family.I know it was busy time for you guys but I appreciate you because you were very helpful. We had 7 meals and no complaints. My man working til close tonight is BOSS. Amazing customer service and theyre completely alone. It's very hard to find good service like this, please cherish him and give them a raise!I had such a long day and it's so nice to end it on a high note with good food and good service to boot.Thanks!

I went into the drive thru last thursday around 1pm, ordered food from both Harvey's and Swiss chalet and I must say that was one of the best customer service experiences so far. I was served by a girl at the window, I didn't catch her name but she was so friendly and respectful. Both orders were given to me at the same time, it was all fresh and even she asked me if I needed any extra condiments, utensils. Great experience and I definitely will be visiting again.
