Had a mishap with my order in the drive thru yesterday, went inside and they immediately started rectifying the issue and remade my order. The gentleman who got my situation all sorted out was named Tyler for what I over heard. Tyler and his crew last night did a wonderful job!
Was not the greatest service when I ordered my food it took a few times to get my order placed and it was not super fast being prepared. One of the employees was on there phone while I was waiting for the order to be finished.

The food is what it is, but at this location it’s never cold or stale or anything. I really came here to shout out the staff, I’ve been to this Harvey’s probably 20 times inside and more than that at the drive thru and the staff is awesome! Always friendly I specifically come to this Harvey’s over any other fast food in the area because these guys rock and they all deserve a raise.
