Joe's Italian Kitchen Reviews
Take the item called “Caesar salad” off the menu, it has nothing to do with a Caesar. Salad. A bottled flavourless creaming white sauce was anything but. The Inedible croutons were rock hard and stale, no cooking here. The pasta special being a mushroom ravioli in a basil cream sauce was third party ravioli and tasteless. Drove to Almonte to take my girl out for dinner on a Sunday evening at 7pm. Website lists hours of operation as open from 11:30am-9pm.
We walked in and were told they don't accept walk ins on Sundays? No mention of it on their website.
I don't recommend anyone e drive all the way out there. Terrible service. We could see people dinning from the door. Big thumbs dow
We had a lovely dinner at Joe's in Almonte tonight. Great service, good food and all around enjoyable.

Joe's Italian Kitchen offers a cozy dining experience with unique decor. The menu features delicious pizzas and a standout lasagna. While the arancini may be hit or miss, the pizzas are highly recommended, with the Joe Jackson pizza being praised for its amazing flavor. Visitors have enjoyed the pasta special, describing the pasta as light, creamy, and melt-in-your-mouth, making for a memorable dining experience. The restaurant offers authentic Italian food with wood-fired pizzas and fresh drinks. The staff is known for their friendly suggestions, and the seating is better suited for smaller groups due to its limited capacity. The patio is a great little spot. Customers noted that the lasagna is decent, and the pasta at other restaurants might be better. The restaurant seems to lean more towards takeout, but offers friendly service. They even made a special Manhattan with cherries. The mushroom arancini and sausage arancini were rated 8/10, traditional bruschetta 9/10, burrata 9/10, goat cheese and beet salad 7/10, carbonara 6/10, and arugula salad 9/10. The pizza with pears and hot hunny was amazing, rated 9.2/10. Drinks are made very well, and prices are pretty decent.
