Subway in Massena

“I went there yesterday (10/11) around 5pm. Amazing service! I was traveling all day and stopped to grab a few things and was very hungry. The guy that was making the food was fast, really friendly and gave the best service I’ve ever had at a subway. His name was Addison I believe, best sub ever, perfectly crafted and very fast. I felt welcome and appreciated as soon as I stepped up. 10/10 best subway experience ever.“

“Love the employees, especially the store and assistant manager of the subway inside of Mobil of Massena. All employees are welcoming, and polite even when they are dealing with rude customers as I witnessed first hand today. Very professional workers here. So all the negative reviews I have just brings to question if it’s someone being mean and degrading a business because they didn’t like something or get their way. People take this customers are always right too seriously. Stores have a way of running a business and policies to follow. People simply just need to grow up and stop attacking business and their workers. The workers here have always been pleasant to deal with, and I will forever go to this subway.“
