“Overall, I had a great experience at this Subway. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
One thing I wanted to mention is that while my friend and I were eating in the evening, three teenagers came in and started causing a disturbance. They were trying to get free food, became loud with the employees, and even threatened to leave bad reviews when they didn’t get what they wanted.
The staff handled the situation very professionally and stayed calm and respectful throughout. They deserve credit for dealing with it so well while continuing to provide great service. I’d definitely come back.“
“One of the busiest outlets inside Place Minto Place building. They have breakfast and lunch options with a variety of menu items. They have a group of amazing crew, always ready to help, and fast during lunch (Lunch is busy). It was clean at the front and we could dine in the common dining area. Overall a nice experience!! “Wouldn’t normally write a review for a sandwich , but after usual ‘meh’ sandwiches at other locations today’s experience warranted a positive review of our experience. We visited at lunch today July 10th. The line moved efficiently but not rushed and hurried. I appreciated the efficiency but also the extra few seconds of attention to sandwiches. It made a difference. When we sat down to enjoy our sandwiches, I was taken aback at how perfect it was. Ot was fluffy, toasted, the vegetables had a chilled crunch combined with the toasted melted shredded cheese and meat. I told my daughter it was the most enjoyable subway sandwich I’ve ever had. So many subways have reviews in the 3’s, and we’ve skipped subway based on the locations reviews. This one delivered. Keep up the great work and continue serving the sandwiches with care it shows!“

She was making the food and doing the cash while overwhelmed with too many Customers.
The Owner should of had more Staff on for a busy day like that, but would rather save money I would guess?
