“I seem to be becoming a regular on Mondays! The staff here are always so kind and friendly. I have had exceptional experiences each time I go and they are always constantly working on something. Whether they are making a sandwich for customer, mopping the floors, or cleaning equipment, every time I go in they are doing something and not just standing around like I have seen in other fast food companies. They’re very hard working here. I will continue to support this Subway and hopefully learn the staff’s names so I can edit this and name them! It just so happens to be the perfect spot between campus and my apartment to grab some dinner and I am truly a creature of habit ?“
“One of the busiest outlets inside Place Minto Place building. They have breakfast and lunch options with a variety of menu items. They have a group of amazing crew, always ready to help, and fast during lunch (Lunch is busy). It was clean at the front and we could dine in the common dining area. Overall a nice experience!! “I ordered a veggie patty on October 7 and the staff member was so polite as to accommodate all of my requests for more vegetables and nearly equal quantities of each sauce. Later, when my sub was overstuffed, he still cheerfully grilled it despite how difficult it was for him. A wonderful experience, and I value your efforts.“

“Always clean and well maintained place, staff is friendly. Two things I’m most impressed with are the availability of items on menus specifically the veggie patty. Secondly they are open for long hours even late nights. Easy access on a late Sunday night.Vegetarian options: Veggie patty is almost never there in other locations, but here it’s always available.“

“We went there on Saturday afternoon, it was quite busy.But the person was very calm & patient to make our footlong.They have lot of sitting space as well.Location is quite good too, next to T&T supermarket and hunt club.The only issue I can point is that there was only 1 person working & handling the entire store, so we had to wait quite a bit for our turn.But otherwise I will highly recommend this place.“

“Was in the mall and decided to get Subway for lunch. My daughter is allergic to dairy and I am allergic to gluten. Lucas was working and didn't bat an eye at our weird requests. He went above and beyond what other Subways have done to ensure I didn't get bread crumbs on my food like pulling out the new lettuce container to grab lettuce from. Will definitely recommend to everyone.Dietary restrictions: Subway has protocols in place for celiac and gluten insensitivity. They list all ingredients on their website. They have gluten free and dairy free options.“
“Super nice and patient staff (sometimes I don't understand stuff right away) who did a good job making our sandwiches and were friendly the whole time. They were also very courteous as my father and I lost track of time in deep conversation and sat in the restaurant for a little over 2 hours, they never bothered us, just cleaned behind the counter between helping other customers. I'm normally not even a huge fan of Subway but this store really exceeded my expectations.“
“This subway branch is near my work so I often visit it with my coworkers. On all visits, the staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. It is always clean and well stocked. This location is slightly more expensive than other ones outside of core, but the food is always satisfactory.Vegetarian options: It's a self build restaurant so you can pick and choose what you'd like in your sandwich. There are many different vegetarian friendly toppings to add, salad bowls are also available.Dietary restrictions: There is gluten free bread available, as well as vegan and vegetarian friendly meal options. Subways menu is available online for further reference.Parking: Street parking available, or you can park at the city building nextdoor to pick up your order. I wouldn't recommend parking there for dine in as it is still a private lot.Kid-friendliness: 6" subs, small portioned soups, etc.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible by wheelchairs. There are a few stairs to walk-up to get into the restaurant and an additional stair to get from the dinning area to ordering stand.“
“Shout out to the subway at 911 Richmond Rd. I went in yesterday and they overcharged me on the order (like an extra sub worth about $10). I filled in their feedback form and within an hour the owner contacted me, apologized and emailed me a $10 credit (turning a bad experience into a good one). “This location is simply amazing the moment I walked in i was greated by smit, he was also very pleasant and listened to me with the smallest details, my wife is pregnant and likes er sandwich a specific way and that was great. Also the food was fresh and especially the veggies. This subway is one of the few that has great service. I specifically come to this one because all there employees are great. But smit was outstanding with the service at one of my visits.“

“My review is definitely a bit different than the other Yelpers. I ordered through the Subway app and bought the 50% off any sub. The app will let you know once it's done. Usually it takes 15 minutes. I had the pizza sub, 12 inch, all dressed with habanero cheese, toasted. I decided to combine the sriracha creamy sauce with the garlic aioli. If heat isn't your thing, opt out for the sriracha. The girl at the counter was super friendly and smiley. No complaints and will be back again“

Brad was great but he was wearing his mask around his chin which was fine..but he was chewing gum..I know gum on the floor in food service isn't ideal.. but he was wearing a mask and could have put it up fully to protect from any mouth juicesss...other wise..clean store and not too busy! The wrap i ordered proved quite the challenge, but the Gentleman definitely fought valiantly! It was an amazing experience, filled with laughter. So much care and atfention was put into this wrap.
