“Frequent visitor of this location and I'm always impressed with the staff. The manager clearly leads by example. They are so efficient and quick at getting customers their orders. The food is always fantastic, too.

At one point a few months ago, my girlfriend forgot her phone in Subway at closing time and the staff carefully put it away for us to pick up in the morning.

Everyone here deserves a raise. One of the best run Subway locations I've ever been to, and that's saying something considering the location and the lunch rush.“

“One of the busiest outlets inside Place Minto Place building. They have breakfast and lunch options with a variety of menu items. They have a group of amazing crew, always ready to help, and fast during lunch (Lunch is busy). It was clean at the front and we could dine in the common dining area. Overall a nice experience!! One thing I wanted to mention is that while my friend and I were eating in the evening, three teenagers came in and started causing a disturbance. They were trying to get free food, became loud with the employees, and even threatened to leave bad reviews when they didn’t get what they wanted.

The staff handled the situation very professionally and stayed calm and respectful throughout. They deserve credit for dealing with it so well while continuing to provide great service. I’d definitely come back.“

“Went to Subway at midnight to get three sandwiches. Mohit was working and boy was he SLAMMED with orders. Mohit was making sandwiches for customers inside, and uber orders while the drivers waited. He must've made over 20 subs while I was there.

Although he was slammed, he was managing well. I would not be able to keep up. I think there should be two people working though to keep up with the demand and not burn out the one guy.
