I went there with my service dog and the employee said that my service dog was not a service dog because he was scared. My dog is still in training. My dog has emotions like any other dog. Apparently, he has 2 service dogs himself, so where were they? A service dog has to accompany his master everywhere. My sub was good...if you needed to use the washrooms, well too bad, out of order. The sign on the washroom door looked like it had been there for 2 years! I asked about why they weren't usable and was given some lame excuses. Hey Subway, you cannot operate a restaurant without a working washroom, it's illegal!

Service is fast and friendly. Staff is on the ball, knowledgeable and good at making the food and keeping the store clean.The Subway brand however is a mess.
