Love the employees, especially the store and assistant manager of the subway inside of Mobil of Massena. All employees are welcoming, and polite even when they are dealing with rude customers as I witnessed first hand today. Very professional workers here. So all the negative reviews I have just brings to question if it’s someone being mean and degrading a business because they didn’t like something or get their way. People take this customers are always right too seriously. Stores have a way of running a business and policies to follow. People simply just need to grow up and stop attacking business and their workers. The workers here have always been pleasant to deal with, and I will forever go to this subway.

Ordered the spicy chicken nacho sub. Barely one bite of chicken and it is ice cold. Also ordered footlong nachos with avocado, I know food isn't supposed to match the picture but just look at this... that is untouched, straight out the packaging. The avocado is maybe one bite and not spread out and the amount compared to the picture is just criminal advertising.

I went there on the night of june 12 at 8:40 20mins before closing and woman start to make my sandwich and i ask to warm the meat up separately cause its never hot enough after toasted but then the woman look at me and then in the most disrespect tone said “I DONT HAVE TIME TO MAKE YOU SANDWICH THAT WAY I CLOSE IN 10MINS” The woman was like that the last few times I’ve been there I just swept it under the rug and forget about it but tonight she was Extra disrespectful. Also I know for a fact, subways policy is if there’s customers in there you have the time don’t matter if It’s almost closing time then I left and went to the one at Walmart, a half a mile away and the lady there was so sweet We told her about the experience And we will be contacting the owner and telling him

Horrible, Ridiculous!!Service rude and unqualified.The sandwich a mess, need fork and knife.The walmart was was always dirty and the staff was gross. So we tried here, staff was rude to each other and customers. No more subway in Massena, well try out of town next time!!

Both subs not toasted, 1 missing cheese. Called for refund but rejected because they wanted the subs back with bites already taken out of them. Too cold and snowy roads to be driving back there again.

A 12 inch steak & cheese for two.Mid-afternoon June 16, 2019 meal with a 12” steak and cheese sub and we had enough. We paid $9.49 with tax.
