I go to the massena store almost every morning and I always order the same exact drink. Lately, my drinks have been absolutely terrible. They have been so dark and just disgusting. I can’t even drink it.

Don’t use DoorDash to get Tims!!! They couldn’t figure out where my order was on their cheap tablet system. Only one person there could figure it out and where it was. Then had the nerve to ask “why’d you use DoorDash?” Like um… you work with them ??? & told me multiple stories on where my order was. If I wanted the run around and crappy service I would’ve went somewhere else that’s cheaper. Anyways 30mins about later I got my stuff, that was supposed to be ready from an hour ago. Tastes good, but was it even worth it????

Tim Hortons Massena location is awesome. Food is always fresh. Variety of choices are great and prices are reasonable. Above all, the staff are welcoming, courteous & attentive.
We got through the line quick but when we got to the window they tried handing us the wrong drink first. Then our ice caps were very viscous, our grilled farmers wrap was missing the hash brown inside and they almost sent us away before we got our donut. If I could give this a zero I would because it took more than one person to mess up the whole order like that.

Hands down complete leagues above Dunkin. They put our coffee shop chains to shame. The fact that Tim Hortons and Lame Bucks exist in the same hemisphere and it’s not a grand cosmic joke seems beyond me.

I go here basically DAILY for my caramel iced Capp, today I sent someone to get it for me and it was made wrong so I called and they went back to get it REMADE, they then came back and said “they just added more cream and didn’t remake it” what a waste of money that could have been spent elsewhere on a drink that would have been made the correct way
