This is my local Timās and Iām a regular. Love it! The breakfast menu has a bunch of excellent options. All very tasty. My go to is the grilled farmers wrap w/bacon and sausage. Coffee is always fresh and delicious and I love that they air fry their hash browns as opposed to deep frying.

I placed a mobile order at the Massena location. I meant to place it for the Ramondville location.
I was home sick that day. I live essentially across the road from that location, so I planned to walk to pick it up. My husband had my car that day for work.
Anyway, as soon as I placed the order, I KNEW it was the wrong location & called Massena.
The girl (because no grown, mature, woman wouldāve treated a customer that way) on the phone was very combative. She said her manager was not at the store at that time and wouldnāt be in for the rest of the day, so a refund couldnāt be issued, unless I came to their Massena location.
She urged me to call the 800 number for assistance.
I did that. The customer service agent explained that while it was a mobile order, unfortunately that location is privately owned & they couldnāt issue any refunds, as a result. I called the store back.
She said she would contact her manager and have someone call me back. It was now roughly 9:30.
I waited ALL DAY for that call back. It never came.
So, not only was I out of pocket because this employee couldnāt be bothered to do the job sheās paid to do, but I wasted the day awake when I shouldāve been resting to recover from my viral infection.
This is not the 1st issue Iāve had at the Massena location. Along with robbing their customers, they also donāt listen when customers place orders in the drive-thru.
I canāt tell u how many times Iāve ordered a hot coffee & asked for 4x4 & gotten black coffee, or coffee with barely any creamer & sugar in it.
Itās ridiculous! Plus u wait FOREVER for your order thereā¦even if itās just for a drink! Makes no sense.
Idk if the manager was ever contacted about this situationā¦being that nobody ever called me back and itās not my job to call them & tell them to do their job.
I just hope she fires whoever that GIRL was who was dismissive and rude on the phone. That should NOT be the way you treat customers when in a customer service position. Unacceptable!
And while Iād LOVE to get my money backā¦because times are tough these days, letās be realā¦itās not worth the headache of dealing with those types of employees who are going to make me feel like I was in the wrong simply for asking for them to do their job job theyāre paid to do š. God forbid should they EARN their pay š¤
I will not be buying gift cards from that location this year, as we do every year. Iāll be taking my business elsewhereā¦where my money is more appreciated & the workers actually care about their customers.

This place was pretty decent. Then my experience has gone down hill. I donāt know if itās because someone personally to us started working there and they are discriminating against my husband and I. I canāt even get my correct coffee orderā¦. This place is no longer getting my business Iāll go back to Dunkin Donuts I canāt get better customer service and food now.

My only complaint is that instead of informing the customer when they are out of something, they will just skimp you or throw in a random substitute. FYI saltines are ok for a substitute with soup, but NOT chili. Too many times we get two chilies and they don't have enough so they just fill it 3/4 full. We adapted to getting one soup, one chili. Now they just randomly threw in saltines?! Bagels without ANY cream cheese. Guess we're down to just coffee here.

I'm here every day,sometimes twice a day and they always go above and beyond to make sure my order (lg vanilla latte with 2 sugars) is ready with a smile. Their customer service is exceptional! ā¤ļø

I go to the massena store almost every morning and I always order the same exact drink. Lately, my drinks have been absolutely terrible. They have been so dark and just disgusting. I canāt even drink it.
Donāt use DoorDash to get Tims!!! They couldnāt figure out where my order was on their cheap tablet system. Only one person there could figure it out and where it was. Then had the nerve to ask āwhyād you use DoorDash?ā Like um⦠you work with them ??? & told me multiple stories on where my order was. If I wanted the run around and crappy service I wouldāve went somewhere else thatās cheaper. Anyways 30mins about later I got my stuff, that was supposed to be ready from an hour ago. Tastes good, but was it even worth it????
