I was here about a week ago for the first time and we had to remind our server we were there and our order wasn't taken yet. The table that came in after us was served before us. Once we got our food we weren't checked in on felt kind of rushed. The toast was good but when I think of home fries I think if roasted potatoes not cold mashed potatoes. Wouldn't eat here again because the lack of attention to us, cold mediocre food and the atmosphere decorations of Christmas and it's March lol.

No alternatives to American cheese. Food was mediocre and server was very rude, nearly pushing my book out of my hands with the plate.

Absolutely terrible. The waiter didnt know what the sides were at all. My mothers chicken sandwich was disgusting, there was soggy bread and the chicken tasted like it was cooked 5 days ago.

Restaurant had a good aesthetic, menu had very reasonable pricing, service was attentive but not overbearing, food quality overall was beyond expectation. Would definitely visit again.

Great little diner with home cooked food and a family feeling. We eat here every time we are in Massena!

Food didn't have any flavor. Very bland. Tom. Mac and tuna casserole.

We spent 4 months at our family farm house, was told this was the place to go. EVERY time we visited this establishment we felt like we were not welcomed. Not sure if it's our southern twang or just not being a local. The young lady definitely needs some southern hospitality. Mrs. Connie(family) was absolutely amazing, we seen her on our last day in Massena.
