We spent 4 months at our family farm house, was told this was the place to go. EVERY time we visited this establishment we felt like we were not welcomed. Not sure if it's our southern twang or just not being a local. The young lady definitely needs some southern hospitality. Mrs. Connie(family) was absolutely amazing, we seen her on our last day in Massena.

My son and I have eaten here a few times. Excellent diner food at reasonable prices. I had the open face turkey sandwich with fries. My son had lasagna. They make the fries fresh, which is hard to find these days.
We didn't have dessert on this day, but the apple pie at Via Main is some of the best you'll ever have. I can't recommend it enough.
Parking: There's a big parking lot next to the restaurant.

They took care of our group of 14 like champs. The good was very good. I had the michigan God and glazier dog. They were both delicious. My wife enjoyed her BLT and homemade fries. My daughter's omelet was tasty.

We've enjoyed this restaurant in the past but this visit was very disappointing and left us wondering if it's under new management? The food was gristly and had no flavor. We ordered the beef pot roast ( which has been wonderful in the past). It was served with turkey gravy which was off-putting. The guy behind the bar area was very loud and disturbing. The waitress hovered over the drinks and food (yuck). I'm sure they'll blame it on not being able to get good help but they had good help in the past, so... Anyway, We will not be returning.

The looney Trump humper behind the counter, running his mouth about medical information so far beyond anything his mind could ever comprehend was annoying as hell, along with the redneck music blatting in the foreground. So, bottom line.....good food, cute diner. However, it's not the type of relaxing, non-political (nonsense) environment one hopes to enjoy while eating out, The only thing miss was a TV with Fox News babbling in the background. Thanks, Dr. Loopy Nuts.....now get back in the kitchen, wash those dishes, and fry up some eggs.

Reminds me of my grandma's country themed kitchen. Warm and inviting, the crew running this place make a person feel right at home. The food was amazing both times that I've been there. Had an omelette for breakfast the first time. Enjoyed that very much. Second time I had the veal cutlet with spaghetti. That was absolutely amazing.
