Not only did Alessandro do everything from start to finish alone (with 3 other employees there) he did it with great customer service. As late and tired as he was he maintained his composure without a single face or complaint on any extra request I had (I.e. no white sauce or sauce on the side). Alessandro is an example of how all employees should be and Shah’s should be honored to have this young man on their staff!
