The manager openly admitted their espresso machine has been broken for MONTHS — yet they kept charging full price for espresso drinks the whole time.
They weren’t planning to fix it at all until I filed complaints with the NY Attorney General, the BBB, and corporate.
So yes… they knowingly sold drinks they could not make and took people’s money anyway.
If you’ve ordered espresso drinks recently, you were almost definitely ripped off. Check your receipts — and speak up, because this only got addressed after formal complaints.

The managers at this place are awful people (hi Jenna and Kayla!) Act as if they’re high schoolers and the owners aren’t any better, ignore complaints from employees about what’s going on in the store. Another employee in the back drinking all day long. Has been moving downhill for about a year now 😉
Lots of Lake traffic!..but also the only Dunkins for miles. It's one of the better gas-station Dunkins, great service, better sandwich prep than most & seating(limited).

Night crew is definitely better than daytime ppl. During the day you're liable to get the wrong coffee, a messed up drink or you're waiting 25 mins.I get that yah'll get busy but step up your game. Make 2 ppl designated drink makers, 1 server for drive thru, 1 server for counter and 1 food person. Not that hard to have specific spots for ppl so things get done and done correctly
