We were in the area and wanted to check out Big Inlet Brewing, as it was on our WNY Beer Pass Book (get one). It encourages you to try places you might otherwise not go to.
We got there too late and missed the band, but still enjoyed ourselves. The team allowed us to try a couple samples, so we could dial in on the beer we liked the best.
The building itself is an older repurposed space. There is a fair amount of guitars, signs and other accessories on the walls to add the the vibe. Next time we want to get there earlier to get the full Big Inlet experience.

Harvest Host overnight stay. The beers are excellent and the Blood Orange Sour was one of the best I have had. Great Farm atmosphere and the service was excellent!
