Was here for Chautauqua Paper Show

A lovely old looking hotel. Our suite had a bath & a half!

The girl managing the front desk obviously has no hospitality training. We left the property at 10am this morning, came back at 2pm to find our room totally not attended to, beds made, or anything. When I went to politely inquire, this nasty young blond girl responded defensively; saying that they had til 4:30, that they had 46 new rooms to turn over, and was prioritizing this over straightening up for existing guests. When I told her this was unacceptable, that we expected our rooms to be cleaned, she got even nastier, saying that they had to do no such thing. I then reminded her that I am the customer; that she needed to treat me and all customers with respect, and that if she could not do better than this, that I would leave an unfavorable review. She stormed off and turned her back to me.

Our friends complained of a moldy room; and their children being placed in a room on the other side of the building. They not only refused to move them; but they covered up the mold by spraying Febreeze.

Do not stay here.

First time staying here on an annual golf outing... Very modern rooms and the restaurant & live music was perfect!

Staff are very friendly and the hotel was very clean too

Decent place. Short on staff as it’s not in a larger city. My only complaint is the HVAC fans in the room are constantly on. They tend to be noisy. Wear earplugs. Carpeting needs an upgrade. Nice people.

Had a great stay will definitely be coming back

We love the Chautauqua Lake area and always stay here whenever we can get away. It is relaxing and feels like a home away from home. It's centrally located to many other destinations we like to frequent nearby. On in-between or rainy days I enjoy spending time in the large and comfortably appointed lounge/parlor area to read or enjoy other pleasant pastimes.

Would had liked the breakfast to go till 10am at least 9am is early to end breakfast Love the rooms with double beds and bathrooms. Like the specialty drinks nightly and daily food specials.

There's no phone or microwave in the rooms. The room refrigerator freezes whatever you put inside.

Stayed twice in two weeks after a very unpleasant stay at an establishment down the road. I would return in a heartbeat. Staff was accommodating, rooms were clean. As a snowmobiler looking for a place to rest, this place should be at the top of the list in Chautauqua.

Great stay…the staff was awesome…food from the lounge and restaurant was very good!

Executive Suite was worrh the money that comes with great views and a 2 person jacuzzi. Meals at the rsturant are pretty decent with good service.

I was only up there for business for 1 night. The staff was extremely nice and the hotel was very clean. They had a very nice continental breakfast that I was able to grab something to go. I at dinner at the restaurant at the hotel. I just had a burger and beer but the menu offered alot more. They had nightly specials and the staff was very nice. I'm sure the area has alot more to offer but I was only there for a night. I did take a short walk after dinner. Its a beautiful area and alot of tourist stuff to do. I will go back to this hotel and explore alot morw next time. ?
