Ordered through the app. When I got handed my food I had a Big Mac instead of six nuggets. Got that swapped and got home before realizing my mcchicken was ALSO WRONG. Ordered a hot and spicy with no mayo, add cheese and ketchup. Got a regular chicken with tomatoes. Had to get a workers attention to swap the Big Mac because they wouldn’t pay attention to the counter customers

Somehow these highly educated individuals messed up a large fry, a plain mcchicken and a plain cheeseburger. 0/3 on items that required literally no thought. It is incredible that part time fast food workers want higher wages but can’t even complete the simplest of tasks. It is no wonder all of you work at McDonald’s and not doing something constructive for our community. Because all of you can’t. I would be embarrassed for not being able to complete such a remedial task.

I just went through the drive-thru of the Mechanicville McDonald's and there was a gentleman working by the name of Nick ( he was so friendly I asked him what his name was )My son can only eat things a certain way and Nick did it the exact way that I requested. I'll definitely be returning hoping he's working at that time ?
I hadn’t gone here since my horrible experience in the drive thru with employees nasty mouths over summer. I now understand why the sign says ” you must be 21 or with an adult”omg the f bomb and other cursive words out of their mouths! I’m in customer service myself never would my team talk like that where customers hear it! So disrespectful ????

I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with no onion no Ketchup add lettuce and mayo. I got a bacon quarter pounder that was still pink it had onion, tomatoes, Ketchup mayo, and mustard. Tomatoes don't even come on the burger. Also the co2 was out. Our conversation went..." Me- Your out of co2. Cashier- I know. Long silence Me- do you have any more." She leaves to check with someone came back and said " We don't have anymore but we can fill your drink from behind the counter. ME-what do you have. Cashier- sprite. Me- is it carbonated. Cashier-no.

The interior of the restaurant was filthy. The tables were empty but had ketchup stuck on them and food. The man was there emptying the garbage when we came in. We ordered our food with the attendant she was very friendly. Then we began to eat when my granddaughter said her milk tasted funny. The day on it was December 30th and it was already January 3rd. When I went up to tell the girl she said there wasn't any more milk to replace it but my granddaughter just wanted water at that point. All the food came out fine other than that. We picked up our stuff and headed to the garbage cans I couldn't even touch it it was so filthy the man changed the bag but never cleaned up anything around the interior or exterior of the can itself tons of germs so gross.
