So back in October of 2023 I went to this McDonald’s and we were waiting like an hour in line to grab our order(we were eating inside) and the fries weren’t even cooked. They were gross and slimy. It looked like the didn’t cook them long enough. The box was SOAKED. I probably won’t go there for a long time
Store manager under staffing store two - three employers working 7:00 ay night over a half hour to order a happy meal and 45 mins to recieve it these area stores service is going down hill and no wonder they are falling in fast foods even most owner manager don't want to work to improve or better their stores. Is mcdonalds giving up on there customers

I just went through the drive-thru of the Mechanicville McDonald's and there was a gentleman working by the name of Nick ( he was so friendly I asked him what his name was )My son can only eat things a certain way and Nick did it the exact way that I requested. I'll definitely be returning hoping he's working at that time ?
