The food was good, and what was expected of a chain restaurant. What made the visit special was our server, Rachel. She was attentive without hovering, friendly without being fake, and made us feel like she genuinely enjoyed our company.

Water 25 minutes to order and another 30 minutes for the food to arrive, ordered a Long Island iced tea asked for a top shelf vodka and the brought out the vodka in a shot glass

Ordered for my daughter mac n cheese. Sorry we are out. So we ordered mini corn dogs with grapes and chocolate milk. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich coke and water. Coke came out first. 10 minutes later chocolate milk came out but he was sorry he couldnt find the milk. No worries the milk sat opened on the bar the rest of our dining experience. So food came out, corn dogs with fries sorry we dont have apples or grapes any longer. Chicken sandwich eas chicken on a bun. Adked for pickles which were supposed to be there, sorry no pickles. Askes another waiter because the rest of the meal was comically wrong and such a wait. Boom pickles magically restocked thenselves. Got my water at end of meal. What a joke this place is. Dont do it to yourself go anywhere else.

I got a sirloin. It was filled with fat and the zucchini that came with the meal wasn't enough to fill up a new born babys belly. Definitely not going there for a while.

Just called this restaurant to see if they were seating indoors and the kid that answered the phone couldn't have been more blah. He made it seem like we were talking up his time so I apologize. You would think after being closed so long due to covid you would be a littleMore friendly...... we're going to Applebee's instead!

This was a Major disappointment..went.for Lunch with my daughter..ordered tortilla chips with queso..They ran out!? And brought flatbread!.We ordered fajitas and they were barely warm (suppose too be sizzling)?..chicken dried out..asked for salsa..manager said No?
It's Ok. Food is decent, but overpriced. Nice and quiet atmosphere. Our waitress.was nice. Salty. Nice size bar with decent $5 drinks.

Many Ruby Tuesday's have been closing down, and I miss them because I always enjoyed their food, especially the salad bar. Today was no exception. I friend of mine told me about this one in Medford that's still open. We met there for dinner. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Fiesta and added the unlimited salad bar. The price can't be beat, the food was well prepared, and the salad bar had a complete variety with everything fresh. I was extremely delighted with the service too. Our waitress was courteous and made sure we were happy with everything. She even checked on us a few times to be sure she wasn't missing anything we might have needed. In the end, after paying, our waitress came to me and offered an earnest thank you. I can't remember any previous time that I was thanked for eating at any establishment! That definitely makes one feel appreciated. I sure hope that Ruby Tuesday in Medford remains open. I'm sure to eat there again many times.
