I have eaten at the Medford NY location for almost 30 years. Post Pandemic it's always quiet.
But the location is always dirty, there are never enough people and service is slow.
Worst of all when a customer rightfully complained, a staff member mouthed off to her.
It's 2 miles from my house, but I can't eat here unless things change.
I just left Wendy’s on route 112 in Medford I spent $50 and small change.
When I got home my two baconator burgers were missing
What’s that about $11. It’s too far to go back and complain and I wasn’t given a receipt anyway.
It also might be nice if Wendy’s updated the site reading a few reviews from eight years ago isn’t very helpful
