No complaints. Pleasant experience and lines were super quick. The entire store was well organized and clean. We found everything we needed.

Nice and spacious location for Costco... large parking lot with ample spot and best of course parking is free. Just remember where you park your car. Inside is just as big and aisles are marked so it makes it easy to find what you are looking for. This location is easy to find things most of the time... came here a couple of times for specific items and able to find it. Great for Costco members. Staff is helpful and will direct if one cannot find specific items. Fresh salmon here is great for making sashimi - yum! Holiday shopping is great here especially for party items. Candies, chocolates, platters and all. Check out is easy - can either go to self-check out or to the register and staff is helpful as they make the checkout process quick and seamless.

Fresh red snappers are so sweet! Top quality! So well cleaned! This location is a lot smaller than the Westbury one but often has fresh red snappers.

Love shopping here. Get to eat lunch for $1.50. The strawberry sundae is only $2.99. During the heat wave this past week spent a lot of time in a walk-in cooler shopping for grapes (regular red, and green; also the sweet black grapes from Australia). The pharmacy has been providing me with pain relief for many years. Can't wait until management supersizes this location. The rotisserie chicken for $4.99 is the first item in my shopping cart. Competition for these chickens freshly out of the oven sometimes feels like a sporting event. One-stop shopping for tires, books, clothing, holiday business gifts, and grocery store items.

Welcome to Costco, the only place that you pay to shop at and they treat you like a criminal. This may be my last year of membership unless something changes. It never use to be like this but in the last several months I've noticed a shift in the quality of service. I was accosted three times during my shopping experience to see my Costco card. If that wasn't enough, I also had to show my license as proof that my membership card is mine. This is disgusting! They don't even check your ID this much at the airport. The employees at self checkout are like little thugs. You can not shop or checkout in peace. The wife of a couple that was shopping was stopped by the police (Costco employee) because her husband wasn't standing with her. She had to get her husband to come over to complete the purchase. This is not what we paid for. This whole company needs an overhaul in customer service. I hope this is not a nationwide thing because people will choose other retailers instead. They need to find another way to handle whatever the issue is they're trying to remedy because you are treating your customers like trash.

Honestly if there's any other Costco save ur self some time and go to that one Nasty rude employees and very racist at this location if you are other then white in color they will be nasty and rude to you. Costco corporate needs to really fix this locations employees possibly train them or kick them out I have been to many Costcos but this one has always been a problem. Never had any issues at other Costco locations ever and have been a member since 99.

My partner and I have shopped at this location several times without any problems until now. I hold a BJS membership, while my partner is a Costco member. Today, I went to the store to pick up some Kirkland products, and after shopping for over two hours, I was set to spend more than $700. I was transparent about using my husband's membership and even had their credit card. However, the cashier, Viviana, and manager, Nicky, told me I couldn't shop with "someone else's membership."When I asked Nicky to clarify the policy, she sternly stated that I needed my own membership to shop. What was more upsetting was that she didn't ask Viviana to stop ringing up my items, almost as if she was anticipating a reaction. Despite my frustration, I stayed calm. While we won't cancel our memberships, we won't be returning to this location. I hope in the future their employees receive better customer service training. The manager could have handled the situation differently, but she let her ego and unprofessionalism take over.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been inside this Costco many times with my service dog and I had no issue. Yesterday I was turned away at the door by one of the employees they had greeting customers. I told him my dog was a service dog and he said he didn't care we can't go in and then I said would you like to see the ID and he said no. Costco policy states the employee must ask is this a service animal? What purpose/function does the animal serve? I was not asked either of these questions. I was so upset I left and called the front desk and told them what happened. My mistake was I should have stayed behind and made sure the employee was taught how to do his job properly. since I left I don't think anything will be done. Definitely never going to this Costco or any Costco. Canceling my membership. Costco should educate their employees on policies and procedures.

I would give 10 stars to this Costco location, it's well organized , friendly and efficient under the leadership of Manager Michael and new Asst. Mgr Karen. I like to compliment Leo at the hearing center is very patient and professional. Recently I had the pleasure to meet Karen the new Asst. Manager to resolve an issue, , she is personable, responsive , knowledgeable , extremely helpful and resolved my issue promptly. Kudos to the management team's leadership and friendly staff which makes this particular location a super special Costco to shop.

My first experience visiting Costco. Organized and clean but not my type of shopping experience. Great if you have a big family to feed.

What is with Costco employees and why is this allowed by their supervisors and the corp? I have been a Costco costumer for many, many years. Since they only allow two members per membership and my husband and his mom have been the original two members I do not have my own card, I use my husbands. Normally that's ok, but not today. Today the cash register lady must've had a bad day and when I approached her she shouted "who's cart is this?!" To which I responded it's mine. I was told " you have to unload the cart!, YOU HAVE TO UNLOAD THE CART YOURSELF!" Pause for a min... I told her politely I do not wear a name tag that says Costco employee and at my job I do what I'm supposed too. They proceeded to unload my cart throwing things on the belt. Again on a normal day I can use my husbands card no problem, but today I was told I cannot make my purchase because I'm not on the membership. Funny how that works. The lady at the cash register didn't like to do her job and was completely excused for her behavior and I walked out empty handed because they didn't like me telling them I wasn't working for Costco... Makes no sense... I do feel if I'm about to pay $600 for essentials I shouldn't have to do the Costco members job.

This is one of the better Costco locations we usually go to due to less customers! We really enjoy this location a lot more and take advantage the great deals. This place is very clean and well-organized. Self check-out is quick and the staff is readily available when needed. Oh coupons are applied automatically at the registers so there's no need to clip them. After check-out, grab a cheap lunch, such as a hot dog, a slice of pizza, etc. I like to drink their frozen latte! The parking lot is huge as well. There is a tire shop right next door. We are very happy with our purchase at this Costco location! Some of our go-to items include: ---GALLON water! ---Paper towels ---Facial tissues ---Laundry detergent ---Strawberries ---Grapes ---Croissants ---Muffins NOTE: If you forget your physical Costco card, simply go to the Customer Service desk to get a temporary Costco card (paper form) and shop away!

Love Costco, Kirkland brands are far better than BJ's and Sam's Club. We travel about 85 miles for the nearest Costco, hoping one comes closer to our area soon!

I went to Costco for my mother since she had just received surgery unexpectedly and is unable to leave the house for 2 weeks. When I came in they checked the card and let me in. After spending an hour and a half getting all the supplies she needed I go to check out and they said I needed approval to purchase the items. Went to customer service and told them the situation and even had my mother on FaceTime and showed my license to prove our last names were the same and they kept saying it is not possible to let me purchase the items. The only thing they offered me was to purchase a membership! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and a waste of my time. They should of told me the minute I got there or let me purchase the items with my own card rather than wasting an hour and a half of my time!
