Believe me when I say I researched every food truck that serves LI, trying to find the perfect combination of delicious/fresh/creative food, clean and attractive truck, and truly fair pricing.

After a quick meeting, I booked based on my gut feeling and the yummy pictures of his food. Turns out I couldn’t have made a better choice with Graham and his Food Nation Generation team. I’m already thinking about the next event I could hire them for.

Graham is a talented trained chef, with a great personality, and trusted professionalism. His team made my fiancés surprise birthday unforgettable. I was able to customize the menu to fit his favorite foods in, and the taste and service were remarkable. Everyone left full and couldn’t stop raving about how delicious the food was (still dreaming about those fish tacos and Korean chicken) - even months later I’m getting compliments. Can’t recommend Food Nation Generation enough for your next party or event (big or small). Thanks for everything Chef!

This food truck catered our Halloween luncheon. Everyone loved the food! We got to choose between sliders, Thai shrimp tacos, Korean fries, pulled chicken tacos and Korean chicken tenders. Not one selection disappointed! Everyone went back for seconds! This truck is amazing and I would highly recommend!

I used Food Nation for my wife’s 40th and WOW- the food was incredible. Working with Graham was so easy; he’s very professional and easy going. He’s a one stop shop, makes planning an event a breeze. We had such a great experience, my family hired him for an event the following weekend!

Food generation was an hit at our event! Graham is so easy to work with, friendly, and accommodating. He made a beautiful charcuterie table for an appetizer. The tacos, fries, lobster roll were all delicious! Highly recommend for great food and how easy Graham made it to host an event, covering all the food needs!

We used Food Nation Generation for our backyard birthday party. Chef Graham and his team did an amazing job with all the delicious food, the food truck was a hit! The cleanup alone was worth it, with Chef Graham doing all the hard work on the truck! I could not recommend them more!

Awesome food truck!!!! Have to say some of the best food I have gotten out of a food truck! Used him for a work event at the end of last year! People still talk about the event and the food! Had delicious sandwiches my favorite was the Korean sandwich with the Korean French fries!!! And the tacos…. Wish he had a spot so I can get them whenever I want. Chef Graham was very accommodating with the menu and the suggestions helped a lot! Thank you and I will be using you again!

Food nation Generation is a great food truck. Graham is really easy to work with and his food is awesome. Korean hot fried chicken sandwich and various tacos were great. Ask about burgers and his fries (think 5 guys but better). Korean fries are a nice twist. If you are hosting any event and don’t want to cater in trays of boring food, hire Graham. You won’t be disappointed. I’m also hiring Graham for a private dining in my house with NYC steakhouse theme. Angling for 4 Charles without the struggle over a resy.

I just attended an event done by the Food Nation Generation Food Truck and wow. Food was amazing. Chef Graham was very dedicated to the service he was providing. The truck was pristine (which is very important for me). Looking forward to host a event with such great crew. Highly recommend.
