Unfortunately, my recent order was disappointing. The fries arrived cold, the mango smoothie was very watery, and the rest of the food was also not served hot. I hope quality and temperature can be improved for future orders.

I originally planned to use the Drive-thru but they were doing some replacing work in the drive-thru lane so I parked and went inside. I ordered using one of the self-serve kiosks. I was easily able to connect it to my McDonalds App account so I was able to get the points. I ordered a hamburger and a chocolate milkshake and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was served. By the manager no less! The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I took my order to go. Another satisfied happy customer.

They remodeled and took away free refill station. You need stand in line for a cold drink while your hot food just sits. No more self serve ketchup dispenser. Ask staff for more ketchup and they act like it’s made fresh in the back…again have to stand in line for that as well.

It is too modernized for me. It is no longer inviting for the kids all the characters are gone. It's just like any other fast food place it does not stand out from the rest the service is never with a smile. If I want salt on my French fries I will put it on myself!!!! STOP seasoning people's food you have no idea how much salt they like!

What is up with this location. How they not going have any BBQ sauce to give to there customers for there nuggets for the whole memorial day weekend from Friday to today. For all you BBQ sauce lovers out there. Don't order nuggets at this location because you will be told they have no BBQ sauce. Like seriously? What the employees do? Take all the BBQ sauce home for there own barbecue. And leave all the customers without it.
This will be be one not to fondly memorial day to remember going forward. Definitely won't be back to this location next year during memorial day weekend.

I ordered two hamburgers and got two cheeseburgers wrapped in hamburger wrappings. I took a bite and chewed for a bit before I realized and I was driving home. I’m allergic to cheese. I just kept trying to spit as much as I could out and make it home okay.

The night manager who claims his name is Jose and the drive thru staff yelled at my family and treated us very poorly…. This isn’t the first time this individual has been rude like this. A similar review below seems to be about the same night manager. I went on 4/27/25 at 9pm.

I placed an order through the app literally 20 mins ago, i picked up the order and there was no pancake syrup or butter in the bag. The frustrating thing is i called them 7 times and no one picked it up. When i went there to pick up the order the place was empty. I live 15 mins far and there is no one to hear your complaints. Try to avoid this location because they will not serve you right. Choose other McDonalds location
