I placed an order through the app literally 20 mins ago, i picked up the order and there was no pancake syrup or butter in the bag. The frustrating thing is i called them 7 times and no one picked it up. When i went there to pick up the order the place was empty. I live 15 mins far and there is no one to hear your complaints. Try to avoid this location because they will not serve you right. Choose other McDonalds location

The McDonald's restaurant located on Route 110 in Melville is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent, attentive service. Unlike some other fast-food establishments, this location does not have a play area for children. However, it does offer both on-site parking and a drive-thru for convenient ordering and pickup.

This is not a joke. I was there with my wife and my two kids on my day off. There was an extremely large rat right next to the soda machine. My wife started screaming. We jumped when we seen the rat I picked up two kids. The manager started screaming and cursing and I was saying it’s not that big of a deal. It’s just a small rat everybody go to this establishment.

Me llevo una mala experiencia en este lugar 729 RT 110 5/31/2024 1:07 pm. Tuve antojo de comer una hamburguesa. La pedí en la ventana y cuando la recojo. Una señora de la tercera Edad le pregunte cual hamburguesa no tenia ketchup yo le able y me cerro la ventanilla. Y me salio enojada y grocera conmigo, esa es la razón por la cual doy 1 estrella.

Just ordered a spicy McCrispy meal with bacon lettuce & tomatoe but got home & saw it was only chicken with sauce & pickle. Rude service & the sandwich was horrible. Burger King has the best Burgers. 2.10pm order 82

Not the McDonald's I usually go to. The drive thru menu screen was broken. The workers were very nice. Order was ready fast. No wait for a Saturday afternoon. I love the drive thru is separate from the main parking lot so you don't have cars waiting at drive thru blocking cars trying to get out of parking spaces, like the McDonald's by me. But I also do not like that once you're done at the drive-thru there is no way to either go back into the main parking lot or there's no room to stop and get yourself set up to eat/drink as soon as you drive away from the window to pick up your food you're right out on to route 110 which isn't the most convenient thing.
Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's so it's kid friendly in the way that they have happy meals and toys what they do not have a Play place
