I recently visited Smoothie King and had the pleasure of being served by Zay. From the moment I walked in, his energy was infectious and welcoming. He took the time to explain the menu, recommending smoothies that perfectly matched my taste preferences and nutritional goals.
What impressed me most was his attention to detail. Zay ensured my order was customized just right. His knowledge about the products was evident, and he genuinely cared about my experience.
Zay positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction truly made my visit special. It’s rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond like he did. I went at 8:30pm to order an Açaí bowl. But I was refused to order that. They told me they’re not servicing that at the moment. Which was very disappointing.
I own businesses and I know employees tend to clean up early and they don’t want to serve anything they’re done cleaning with.
Owner/Managemet please check on your employees you’re probably losing a decent amount of sales as people are not coming in 30-45 mins before closing since they know they won’t be getting their food.

What do you get depends not on what you ordered, but who made it. I went there yesterday on September 11, and my smoothie was not blended properly. There were big chunks of ice, and big chunks of banana in it. My smoothie was not smooth or blended. Couldn’t even drink it because the chunks of ice were blocking the straw. Annoying and disappointing experience.

Got the Acai Cocoa Haze bowl. Delicious!! Never been here before but Daniel was helpful in letting me know options to my craving for Bananas and Chocolate.

I’m a truck driver I come to Long Island about twice a week and I always try to make a stop at their Melville location for a smoothie.. The large cup will fill you up and taste great

My boyfriend and I came here on his birthday and took a moment to decide what we wanted. Daniel and Jen were so patient with us and truly take pride in what they do. Daniel truly made the experience amazing with the great repore and care. I can say best smoothie king I've been to, and I've been to many not only in this state.
This location is usually great and on time. I have been to three different locations and they have all done a fine job with the timing of the online orders.My reason for writing this review is to commend Xavier at this location. I’ve ordered 100~ times here over the past year, and maybe 10 of them have had some sort of minor detail wrong.Every. Single. Time. That Xavier has been behind the counter when I order, he has made the exact same thing. Every single time it slaps, and the consistency is on point every single time.If Xavier ever leaves, I’m going to buy a smoothie machine.
Great Smoothies but they are fairly expensive.
Ordered 4 smoothies online for pick up. All of the smoothies were clearly mislabeled. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. The girl who answered was so rude, for what reason I have no idea. I spoke to what sounded to be a kid, who said he was the lead. No manager was present. I told him that the colors to the smoothies were clearly not correct, and he agreed that they we probably mislabeled and suggested that I “smell the smoothies to tell them apart.” Lol Some of us have a milk sensitivity so 2 of the smoothies we vegan. We weren’t risking an afternoon in the bathroom by smell guessing our correct smoothie. These kids need to be be trained more on customer service and sensitive food handling.
