Been here a few times and service is always slow. Employees seem annoyed often for no reason. Last time I was in for a smoothie that is advertised as 50% off in their window. I was told that's only with the coupon (the sign says nothing about a coupon) and then I was told that it wasn't discounted bc "corporate didn't put the discount in the computer." I don't know why you would advertise something as discounted during certain hours if that's...

Im glad we have this location and the acai is usually fine but the service is not that great. I had placed an order online and When I arrived nothing was ready. She then seemed upset at me that she hadn’t made the bowl when it was her error. I wasn’t upset or anything, I just waited and said thank you and got no response. She didn’t say one word and as a service industry employee I think communication is important.
