“placed a mobile order for this location but by accident clicked the wrong location - one of the staff members was so nice and offered to make me my order without any charge. in my opinion they went above and beyond even though it was my error - great experience.“

“I have been a customer since this store opened. A loyal, consistent (when in town 3-4x per week). I travel for business and always find my local Starbucks, in the airports you are still in and local communities. Today's experience was uncommon but the rudest I have ever experienced anywhere and no it wasn't a millennium, an older woman, not only was abrupt, disruptive but when I approached the window covered her badge and when I asked for her name said "I don't want to give it to you." I will not return to Starbucks until she is fired. Her attitude does not align with the culture and experience that Starbucks has built its brand on. A more formal letter to follow to the office of the President of Starbucks and any social media service that exists.“
