“Hi! Before you read on, please understand that I did graduate High School, but all writing and grammar lessons ended long before that.
Thank you for your understanding and hopeful sense of humor.
This Starbucks Location is like all the others we’ve seen and grown to tolerate. Yes, this is a quick slam to Starbucks for not really evolving the comfort levels of Starbucks as a whole. Hard seating, for the most part with a few soft spots to sit for those people faking to write a life changing screenplay or a rather limited to zoom interactions with his children. Although both sad situations, there’s at least 2 soft spots for them to sit there for hours on end. For that, Starbucks… Thanks??
I digress from why we’re all here and why we’ve kept reading this far. What you would really like to know is if they’re consistent with your favorites and are they chill/happy enough to not ruin any part of your day???
HECK YES!!
These Women and Men of Starbucks of Copaigue, NY are amazing! I wish I had the brain capacity to learn their names, but I can’t. Most importantly, I remember their voices and smiling faces. They’re always quick to be genuine and just love at least being with each other and dealing with the struggles of being a “retail” employee when they’re not… Starbucks needs to learn real quick that these Women and Men are not your “retail” employees. They’re your Agents of Hospitality. You think I’m going through a Starbucks over and over again because I’m so deeply in love with the quality of your food and drink you haven’t really changed in over a decade, because it works and we all love it?!?! Shame on you for continuing to give us that! But, consistency on making those favorites and finding those smiles to say hello and goodbye are important for everyone… especially someone ordering $7 12oz coffees and $6 Egg Bites daily. People like me need that juice of energy and positive vibes sometimes. This Starbucks definitely has that Hospitality I need to get my day going and to chill me down at night.
In conclusion, this is a 8.7/10 Starbucks and you need to be cool to be ordering from here because the people here are absolutely cool with you being there.
Love, Yall and thank you!
Starbucks, as a whole you need to do better and pay your baristas what they deserve. The way these people hustle and get the job done for you, short stages or not, you should be ashamed how you treat them. You’re seriously “Not OK”, Starbucks. Most of my fellow Starbuckers agree that we love our baristas and couldn’t give two donkey dangles about you as a company. I’ve been real the whole time and I know someone from corporate is reading this. I mean, I’d suggest reading.
Be good, Ladies and Gentlemen!! It’s been great!!“
