“Today was the launch of the bearista cup. Unfortunately workers were told the launch was tomorrow. With customers annoyed, angry and videoing Jan reacted professional and caring to fix the matter. He was still friendly to the customers who were not friendly back and eventually fixed the matter. I applaud his ability to handle the angry customers and stay professional and composed himself. He was a top notch professional who deserves to be recognized.“

I ask the first lady moriah who seem to be cashier a question and she walked off the floor completely, felt ignored by that person knowing the store was busy.
Two girls saw me seem bother and then helped me out and took my order, her name was Gracie, & the other girl made the drink fast.
She gladly took care of me and the other customers along the line very well knowing how to handle customers.
I seen her multiple times throughout the week when it's a busy handling customer service or cleaning she always great.
Nice clean store too.“
