While ordering food, there was a misunderstanding, and they started making a different menu item. When I informed them that it wasn't what I wanted, two female employees looked at each other and showed me a very unpleasant expression. Their expressions were very nasty and ruined my day.

The worst customer service imaginable. They didn't let me know that their credit machine wasn't working until my sub was finished. That lasted for perhaps 15 minutes, which was a complete waste of time. I calmly informed this one woman of the circumstance, which she should have been able to disclose to me beforehand, but she seemed to take offense at nothing.

Terrible service. Ordered a build-you-own roast beef during lunch rush. When I present my coupon at checkout, cashier says it's a premium #17 "Garlic roast beef" and that it didn't qualify for the coupon. I tell them I ordered a regular RB, not garlic RB, but cashier tells me that they're the same thing, even though you can clearly see on the menu that they're 2 different sandwiches priced differently. They proceed to charge me the extra for Garlic RB. Food was normal & standard for Subway.If you're gonna decline my coupon, just tell me you don't accept coupons. Don't lie about my order and then charge me extra for a premium sandwich I never ordered. Terrible service & dishonest staff. Avoid

The entire staff was very rude. They threw my sandwich together with an attitude. No one in the place seemed to be pleasant. This is probably the worst experience I’ve had at a subway. I would suggest visiting a different location.

Getting in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare. Once inside it took a while to be acknowledged besides “you here for pickup?”. They gave the wrong bread even after we tried to tell them it was wrong. Tried to give the wrong bread for the other sandwich. Even though we got the sandwiches toasted my cheese wasn’t really melted and my meats were cool. They kept talking over us to other people in line behind us. Definitely will not be coming back.Parking: Due to where the store is, it is hard to get in and out of the parking lot. We were almost hit both going in and coming out.

I placed an order online for buy one get one free at this Subway because it came up as a participating store, however, I was charged for both sandwiches. When I went to Subway for pickup, cashier said they were not a participating store. I asked her could she take one sandwich off my order since I ordered two because I thought the second one was free. She said no she couldn't. Time was of the essence for me so I told the cashier I would take my order. The cashier refused to give me my order even though I paid online for it. I called the next day. There was a different cashier working that day. I explained to her the situation and she said a refund would be put back on my card, $23.88. It's been 10 days and no refund. I called the Subway yesterday and was told the manager is out of the country. I tried calling Corporate but message says they went digital so I left message (written message) as was requested, but as of now, no reply. I will never go to this subways again.

Greeted with an attitude. As a courtesy, I ask the staff if they use coupons to which they said yes. So, I place my order and try to use the coupons that I desired. The "owner" they states I can not use the coupon because it's not acceptable. Then when asked why, he states "This is my subway". Never going back. Also, the food is sub-par. With ver little ingredients. Something tasted rotten on my sandwich. No thanks there's tons of options in this area to choose from.
