Taco Bell is honestly one of my go-to spots when I want something quick and actually satisfying. It’s not fancy, but that’s kind of the point — it hits the spot every time. The menu has a bunch of options, and I like how you can mix it up depending on your mood. Some days I’ll get a Crunchwrap Supreme or a quesadilla, other times just some tacos and nachos if I’m trying to keep it simple. The prices are pretty solid too, especially if you grab one of the boxes or the $5 deals — you get a good amount of food for what you pay.

The food always comes out fast, and it’s perfect when you’re hungry late at night or just want something easy after class or work. The seasoning on everything has that familiar Taco Bell flavor — a little spicy, cheesy, and messy in the best way. I also like that you can customize pretty much anything, whether you want to go meatless or add extra sauce.

Overall, Taco Bell isn’t trying to be gourmet or anything, but it’s reliable, fun, and always hits when you’re craving comfort food that’s quick, cheap, and just a little bit addictive.

I was picking up for a customer and the app said the order was ready, meaning I could have just gone in there, grabbed the order and been right on my way, except the following happened: no one was at the counter and all the orders were kept in the back! Only three employees were working that night, two at the workstation and one at the drive-thru. One of them literally stared at me and did nothing to help, and kept on chatting with her friend instead. I peeked in the back and that third person was not coming. I was forced to go in the drive-thru and wait twice as long for something that should have taken mere minutes. While I understand that they were short-staffed at night, I should have just been able to pick up at the counter. And last but not least, when I pull up to the window, I was not only given a distrustful set of questions from the staff but also made to feel like they couldn’t care less that service provided that night was poor. Next time, have somebody at the counter to process people waiting for their food there, so things like this can be avoided in the future!

I’m here at 1am, there’s no other cars waiting at the drive thru, why are you annoyed that I placed an order and take forever to make it? Why order on the app to save time? Why are you here working?

It's too much work. Prices go up and I have to do all of the work myself to place an order. I left. I'm not pushing buttons on a screen. I want really genuine human help.

I would like to say this was a bad experience but every time keeps getting worse and every time I keep saying why did I do this again. (Location is convenient) Been at this location about 5 times and 5 out of 5 is bad service. All the cars you see parked is from employees no customers this place is always empty, today I stop at 8pm I’m the only car and only customer and they still couldn’t get it right.
Order incomplete not unusual for this location, terrible customer service not unusual for this location and poor food quality again not unusual for this location.
Save your time and a headache and go a few miles further to the next location to Huntington Station that is always busy but they get things done right.
Such a shame for a newer location with so many employees but nobody is getting the job done, would not be surprised if they closed down when the lease is up.
Overall a terrible experience every time.

It is 10PM the place is not busy no one on the drive thru, The drive tru is automated (Ai) it didn’t take the order right.
Went inside waiting over 20 minutes to get our order. Mind you it does not appear busy at all.

Same great Taco Bell food as always. Nice ,modern interior+exterior. Disappointed with picking up food here--order wasn't on the pick-up shelf, but by the drive-thru window. I figured that must be someone else's order, but nope--when someone finally acknowledged my presence, that was my meal sitting there the entire time.... Pro tip: it takes literally seconds to ask if an order that's been sitting belongs to one of two ppl who just walked in.

Vegetarian options: Super customizable!

Dietary restrictions: Can add/remove anything, not sure about potential shared-surface allergies

Parking: Good sized lot for a busy area

It is a Taco Bell. Clean, quick, staff are friendly. Everything is $2 more expensive than it should be, so it would be losing stars in 2022, but it's the norm in 2024. Hooray capitalism! Enjoy the corporate-driven inflation.

I go shopping all the time, I have always liked to eat taco bell but today, I don't know what to say, they gave me a quesadilla that I ordered with lettuce and I don't know if the lettuce was in bad condition, rotten or I don't know but you should be more careful with the food because you can get sick I don't know why the lettuce is black and I ordered 3 tacos and they only gave me 2

While it's not the best taco out there, sometimes it's late or you are in a rush and you just want to grab a quick taco.

They prevent you from using the app on your phone to order food 45 minutes to an hour before they close to order 2 basic tacos???

The app is glitchy and often won't let you purchase food. I thought it might have just been my phone but apparently more than 10 of my co-workers said the same thing and don't even use the app anymore and don't go to Taco Bell often anymore because the phone app doesn't work properly and won't let you put an order in. Taco Bell, you're losing quite a bit of business because your app doesn't work properly. If more than 10 people in my own company alone stopped going to Taco Bell because they can't put an order in, I could only imagine how many others this is happening to.

Vegetarian options: Yes, they cater to vegetarians. That is, if you go inside and order because the app doesn't work properly.

Worst Taco Bell, always forget food and rude when you drive back around with this issue like it’s my fault and I’m an inconvenience for going back to get food that I paid for! Not the first time this has happened! The food is always poor quality from this Taco Bell and the staff are always rude - avoid if you want decent Taco Bell - drive a bit further to a different one. Would give 0 * if I could!
